Of velvet and embellishments
Velvet is a tricky fabric to pull-off, the only exception probably is a nice Sabyasachi tunic! And to add embellishments in the wrong sections just makes it worse as demonstrated by Sonali Kulkarni at the 'Bal Anand' function.

I think you have pretty much summed it up. The dress is disastrous and doesn't suit her at all ... ... a complete no-no!
Someone should get this girl a fitness trainer - flabby arms scream Auntyji not film actress!
