Update - Thanks 'Nessa' for helping me validate that it is indeed Donna Karan that Ms.Shetty has got on. I've updated the post with an image of the exact jacket she's wearing which is quite similar to the skirt suit; both ensembles being from the designer's Spring 09 Modern Icons collection.
Spotted Shilpa Shetty at a photocall for the Tiffinbites Restaurant in London wearing what looks like a Donna Karan skirt suit. The lapels look different from the version seen on the model but I have a feeling that its definitely Donna Karan.
