Blinded by red

Surely the dress code at the music launch of upcoming movie Hello didn't state "head to toe" red. This outfit (for the lack of a better word) is very un-Amrita Arora like. What is it anyways - a floor length gown teamed with the dupatta of Amrita's favourite red suit or is it actually a salwaar kameez and Amrita had run out of time to get the length altered or perhaps she's trying to start a new trend of strange garb! Either ways its not working - the clutch is a Gucci mirror which was released last year but even that's not saving the outfit. Got a feeling that the pumps are Manolos but as I can't see them clearly due to the nature of this outfit can't tell for sure. Will look for some more pics to see if I can identify the shoes.

Love love love the t-shirt Abhishek Bachchan is wearing in this picture which is currently up on Amitabh Bachchan's blog. I'm a huge Amitabh fan so I want one of these now. India Couture Week finale - Rohit Bal show

Apologies for the delay in posting about Rohit Bal's show which finished off the first ever India Couture Week on a total high. Instead of the usual bollywood celebs Bal showcased a sherwani befitted for a king on Olympic hero Vijender Kumar. The same sherwani was seen on Akshay Kumar in the Singh is Kinng. The collection was total couture and Bal has certainly raised the mark for his contemporaries.

The tiering continues

Twinkle we know you love your tiered dresses and look absolutely fab in them but this is three outfits in the span of a couple of months now which look almost identical. Perhaps take a leaf out of hubby Akki's style book and experiment a little bit the next time around! Sure you are capable of pulling of other silhouttes with equal elan and ease.

Fugly to the maximo

Oh my! Where does one start with this one. First you fumble in the dark and mistake a kurta for a dress and then you wear these stockings (it is debatable if this is the right term for these strange cut off things) with the chunkiest possible brick like open toe wedge heels! No sane woman should put her self through this even within the comforts of their boudoir leave alone at a high profile event! This TV mogul needs all stylists to come to her rescue right now!
