Black with a jewelled twist
Update! Turns out Sourabhee's dress is by Drashta Sarvaiya. Thanks ngm82 for letting us know!
The first ever female Indian Idol Sourabhee Debbarma gets crowned in style in this beautifully cut black dress finished off nicely with a jewelled belt and cuff. The dress looks fab on her and here's wishing her all the success and lots of great fashion forward steps ahead.

Bottega again
Spotted Sonali Bendre with her Bottega Veneta ball bag again and the Indian Idol rehearsals. Her paisley print shirt and jeans combo (which I quite like) is reminiscent of Dia Mirza's look at the Samsara launch.

Feeling peachy
Sonam Kapoor does ethnic again with panache in what seems to be another Sabyasachi creation. I'm going to be predictable by saying I love this ensemble too especially the antique peetal style clutch and the teaming of gold detailing on the top with silvery grey churidaars.

Of nice suits
A gal can't go wrong with a nice churidaar - I'm loving both these ethnic ensembles on Karisma Kapoor and Soha Ali Khan.

Getting into character
Sonam Kapoor dresses up like the typical Chandni Chowk punjabi girl when promoting Dilli 6 music on 'Indian Idol'. Do you like her in this avtaar?

Shantanu-Nikhil again!
The one dress that I wasn't hoping to see in the new year was this worn to death Shantanu-Nikhil number. Deepika Padukone owns two of these, go figure it out as to why she would! I'm over the dress and definitely not digging the teaming with footless lace tights, hideous sandals and a bindi!
